Introducing the all-new LAB Z-Flow Valved Catback Exhaust System for the C8 Corvette — redesigned to deliver a smoother, more refined exhaust note, improved exhaust-flow characteristics, and an even more premium finish.

At the center of the new system is our Z-Flow pipe design. Rather than simply moving exhaust gases through two independent paths, the Z-Flow section is engineered to blend exhaust pulses between both sides of the LT2 V8.

The result is a more balanced, exotic and refined exhaust note while retaining the deep, aggressive character you expect from a C8.

This isn’t just a louder exhaust. It’s a better-sounding exhaust.

The defining feature of this system is the new Z-Flow crossover design.

🔥 Heat-Wrapped Z-Flow Section

The Z-Flow pipes feature high-temperature exhaust wrap to help manage the additional heat generated in the crossover area.

Keeping heat contained within the exhaust system helps reduce radiant heat around surrounding components while maintaining exhaust-gas temperature and velocity through the system.

It’s another detail that separates the new Z-Flow system from a conventional C8 catback.

💨 Full 3-Inch High-Flow Exhaust

The system utilizes full 3-inch diameter piping designed to reduce restriction and allow the LT2 V8 to breathe more freely.

From cruising around town to wide-open throttle, the system is engineered to deliver the flow, response and sound expected from a true performance exhaust.

⚙️ Retains Factory Valve Control

The LAB Z-Flow system is designed to utilize your factory C8 exhaust valves.

During installation, the OEM valve assemblies are simply transferred from the factory exhaust onto the LAB system.

Once installed, valve operation remains integrated with the vehicle, allowing you to control the exhaust behavior through the factory drive modes and OEM controls.

No need to give up the factory functionality of your C8.

📌 AFM/NPP Simulator Required

An AFM/NPP simulator is required for proper operation without triggering a Check Engine Light.

These simulators are readily available online and typically cost less than $100.

AFM/NPP simulator is sold separately and is not included with the exhaust system.

🏎️ Upgraded Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tips

The new Z-Flow system also receives our upgraded carbon fiber exhaust tips, giving the rear of the C8 a more premium and aggressive appearance.

The larger carbon-fiber finished tips complement the Corvette’s rear diffuser and give the system the visual presence to match its sound.
